  • Able to handle customers enquiry via phone, email, and whatsapp
  • Sourcing for parts pricing 
  • Manage backorders 
  • Handle and coordinate quotations and orders 
  • Assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner 
  • Training will be provided  

  • Able to communicate in mandarin 
  • Patience to deal with customers and calls.
  • Willingness to learn will be good.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome
